Rodion Kolyshko

1998 – Bachelor of International Relations (with Honor)

1999 – Master of International Law (with Honor)

2003 – PhD in Law

Rodion is one of the leading HCD experts in Ukraine, has more than 10 years of professional experience in Human Capital Development (HCD.

Starting in 2009 with learning of the UK qualification system, Rodion has been one of the most passionate promoter of development of National qualification System in Ukraine.

In 2012 – 2013 he was involved in development of legal acts aimed at regulation of validation of informal and non-formal learning results in Ukraine, development of occupational standards and engagement of private business in this process.

Now Rodion has experience of development of more than 30 occupational standards both for the private and government sectors.

Since 2013 Rodion closely cooperates with the ETF in a number of projects, covering such sphere as WBL, VET autonomy, labour market analysis, VET governing.

As Director of the Institute of Professional Qualifications he manages two ongoing digital projects: Labour Market of Ukraine  (https://www.futureskills.org.ua/ua/market) and Qualification Map of Ukraine (tracing of VET graduated careers, https://www.futureskills.org.ua/ua/map), maintains his personal and corporate FB pages, posts professional articles.

Since February 2022 Rodion has become a member of the ETF Skills Lab from Ukraine.

As HCD expert Rodion has excellent relations with business and expert communities both at national and international levels, has excellent communication and presentation skills.

He has C1 English, speaks Spanish, his mother tongues are Ukrainian and Russian.
