Oleksii Miroshnychenko

Miroshnychenko Oleksii - President of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine

Born in 1958 in the Luhansk region.

In 1981 he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Engineering, in 1998 - Kyiv Higher Banking School of the International Center for Market Relations and Entrepreneurship, Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He began his career in 1981 as a foreman of the construction and installation department of the trust "Kyivpidzemshlyakhbud-2". From 1984 to 1993 he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In 1993-1999 he held the positions of Executive Director, Vice-President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 1999-2000 - Head of the group of assistants and experts of the service of the First Vice-Prime-Minister of Ukraine. 2000-2001 - Vice-President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. From May 2001 to November 2002 - Head of the Service of the Prime- Minister of Ukraine. 2002-2003 - held the position of the Chairman of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.From July 2006 to December 2021 - Executive Vice-President of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine.In December 2021 he was elected President of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine

Social activities:

From August 2007 to June 2008 - Co-Chair of the National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council (from the All-Ukrainian Associations of Employers' Organizations), and from August 2009 to January 2016 - Deputy Co-Chair.From January 2016 to December 2016 - Co-Chair of the National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council (from the All-Ukrainian Associations of Employers' Organizations).

From April 2008 to March 2009 - Chairman of the Board of the Social Insurance Fund for Temporary Disability.

From July 2009 to December 2010 - Chairman of the Joint Representative Body of Employers at the national level, and from December 2010 to February 2017 - First Deputy Chairman of the Joint Representative Body of Employers at the national level.

From November 2011 to September 2016 - Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.In June 2014, he was elected President of the Institute of Professional Qualifications.

From June 2016 to June 2017 - Chairman of the Board of the Fund of Compulsory State Social Insurance of Ukraine in the event of unemployment (on the part of employers).He is a member of the boards of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the State Labor Service of Ukraine.Member of the Council for the Development of Vocational (Technical) Education under the President of Ukraine.Honored Economist of Ukraine.

In 2004 he defended his dissertation on the topic: "Methodological problems of improving the system of social partnership in Ukraine."

He was awarded Diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Order of Merit of the III degree.

Married, has a daughter.
