Sergii Prytomanov
Vice President of the Institute of Professional Qualifications
Born on August 22, 1955 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. In 1977, he graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University, in 1980 he completed postgraduate studies in theoretical and mathematical physics at the Leningrad Institute of Physics and Technology named after A.F. Yoffe, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, majoring in "Theoretical and Mathematical Physics" (1984), Associate Professor (1987).
From December 2005, he took an active part in the creation, and from July 2006 to November 2015, he headed the All-Ukrainian association of regional organizations of employers of enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex "Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine".
Since September 2014 – Vice President of the Institute of Professional Qualifications, Councilor of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine (on a public basis).
Among the most significant results of professional activity over the last ten years, we can name:
• development of the concept, structure and creation of the information system "Repository of professional qualifications";
• development of the concept, structure and creation of an information system for data analysis on national and regional labor markets "Qualification map of Ukraine";
• managing the development of 8 professional standards for the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine;
• methodological and resource support for the development of the first gender analysis of wages in Ukraine;
• analysis of labor market needs, challenges and opportunities in Eastern Ukraine;
• development of modern approaches to the training of management personnel of vocational education institutions;
• conducting pilot studies of the analysis of the compliance of the regional order for the training of workers in selected regions of Ukraine.
