Address of the Institute of Professional Qualifications regarding the reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure of the professional education system

Dear colleagues !

In these difficult times for Ukraine, the team of the Institute of Professional Qualifications is contacting you.

The enemy invaded our country seeking to destroy us as a nation and a state. Peaceful people are dying, our villages and cities are being bombarded. They destroy houses, hospitals and educational institutions. Our armed forces, fighters of the territorial defense, the entire population came to the defense of Ukraine. We are convinced that Ukraine will win and everything will be Ukraine!

At the same time, after the victory, we must all be ready to rebuild the destroyed infrastructure, including destroyed or damaged vocational education institutions.

You know our team, which constantly took care of the development of the professional education system. Many of you are aware of our capabilities regarding labor market analysis, graduate employment, and the formation of a regional order for the training of workers.

We have already begun to collect information from open, verified sources about the damage and destruction of vocational education institutions by Russian aggressors.

Having experience in processing large databases and contacts with international organizations that take care of the development of professional education, we appeal to you with the proposal to send us in any form available information about damaged educational institutions.

We will accumulate and systematize this information in order to find adequate financial and organizational assistance for institutions and their employees, students from international funds, foreign private and legal entities.

We understand that not all leaders can respond now, especially in those regions where hostilities are taking place. Maybe you, communicating with each other, know some information from these regions. We will also follow available official information and pictures from the Internet.

At the same time, we have already appealed to international organizations that take care of the problems of professional education with a request to stop all projects with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, and to direct the freed funds to the reconstruction of professional institutions damaged as a result of war crimes.
