Survey on the importance of competences of teachers of vocational education

From March 17 to 25, 2025, within the framework of the Project "Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector in Ukraine in partnership for excellence" VETpartEX / Erasmus-EDU-2024-CB-VET / ID 101183275, the Institute of Professional Qualifications conducted a survey among teachers of vocational education institutions on the importance of certain pedagogical competences.
The survey aimed to identify the most important knowledge and skills of teachers of vocational education institutions (as teachers). The list of competencies that were included in the survey corresponds to the Higher Education Standards of Ukraine for the specialty "015 Vocational Education" (bachelor, master).

655 teachers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions of Ukraine participated in the survey.
