Open Call for External Evaluators for the ERASMUS+ project "The BRIDGE"
Within the BRIDGE project, which is co-funded by the European Union, three External Evaluators are envisaged to be found.
The external evaluation will cover the progress of the project, the management of problems, the achievement of objectives and the evaluation of results in relation to planned activities. The role of the external evaluator is to assess the external impact of the project, i.e. its contribution to the higher education system in Ukraine and on the direct and indirect beneficiaries at large.

The purpose and tasks of the project:
The creation of new master's programs (MP) with the application of BIM technologies in architecture, engineering and construction in Ukrainian universities is aimed at promoting the best EU experience in the development and implementation of educational methodologies and specific knowledge and practical skills related to energy efficiency and sustainability of the life cycle of buildings and of the urban environment, based on the requirements established by the UN Agenda for the period up to 2030, with a special emphasis on SDGs 7, 10, 11, as well as the priorities of the EU "Green Deal" and an economy that works for people.
Tasks of the project:
1. The development of comprehensive master's training programs in BIM design, construction and operation of buildings and structures, with an emphasis on the interaction of specialists from various areas of construction activity, which are adapted to the requirements of the labor market and increase competitiveness in the employment of graduates of higher education institutions. The new educational programs will be implemented in 5 Ukrainian universities with different fields of study according to local and regional needs. Creation of BIM centers on the basis of Ukrainian partner universities of The BRIDGE consortium and joint publication of new educational materials by consortium teachers, including Ukrainian and EU partners of the project.
2. Strengthening of ties between universities and enterprises to eliminate discrepancies between the requirements of employers and the offers of higher education institutions. Developing and offering holistic solutions to improve student employment in the construction sector.
3. Digitization of 10 modules (2 from each of the Ukrainian universities) for joint use by consortium participants on the common open platform e-Bridge with the aim of developing micro-qualifications, implementing a lifelong learning system and moving to virtual mobility in the long term.
