February 20, 2026. Training at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (SvF), Slovak Technical University (STU), Bratislava
From February 09 to February 17, 2026, teachers of five vocational education institutions, the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology and the Institute of Professional Qualifications took part in the training on European construction standards and BIM technologies, which took place at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (SvF), Slovak Technical University (STU). The students got acquainted with modern European construction standards, their application in Slovakia, national construction standards. A separate part of the training was devoted to modern BIM technologies in construction. The program was implemented by the Slovak Technical University (Bratislava) within the framework of the international project VETpartEx - "Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector of Ukraine" under the Erasmus KA2 program.

January 14, 2025. Meeting of the ERASMUS VETpartEX Project Board. Work plans for 2026 approved
On January 14, 2026, the first online meeting of the Project Board in 2026 took place. The participants of the meeting summarized the achievements of 2025 - the first year of the Project's work and discussed in detail the tasks for 2026.

January 14, 2026. Meeting of the participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project. Discussing the development of a training course for teachers of vocational education institutions
On January 14, 2026, a general meeting of the Project participants and developers of the training course for teachers of pedagogy and didactics took place. The University of Applied Sciences in Münster (Germany) and the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology presented Module 3 of the future course. The participants of the meeting discussed in detail the plans, tasks and deadlines for developing the training course.

January 09, 2026. Meeting of the co-coordinators of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project. Discussing plans for 2026
On January 09, 2026, a meeting of the co-coordinators of the Project of the University of Applied Sciences in Münster (Germany) and the Institute of Professional Qualifications (Kyiv, Ukraine) took place. The participants of the meeting discussed in detail the plans and tasks for 2026.

January 06, 2025. Meeting of the Ukrainian participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project. Discussing plans for 2026
On January 06, 2026, the Institute of Professional Qualifications organized and held the first online meeting of all Ukrainian participants of the Project in 2026. The participants summed up the achievements of 2025 - the first year of the Project's work and discussed the tasks for each vocational education institution in 2026.

December 12, 2025. General meeting of the participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project. We are completing the first year of the Project
On December 10, 2025, the last general online meeting of all Project participants in 2025 took place. The participants summarized the achievements and problems of the first year of the Project, coordinated plans and tasks for the beginning of 2026 and issues of preparation for training courses in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Brno (Czech Republic).

December 11, 2025. Survey on the importance of the competences of teachers of vocational education institutions
From December 05 to 10, 2025 within the framework of the Project "Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector in Ukraine in partnership for excellence" VETpartEX, the Institute of Professional Qualifications conducted a survey among teachers of vocational education institutions on the importance of the professional competences of teachers (BIM and LEAD technologies). The Institute of Professional Qualifications  summarized the results of the survey, prepared a report and sent it to the organizers of the next teacher training at the University of Brno (Czech Republic).

November 20, 2025. Survey on the importance of competences of teachers of vocational education institutions
From November 10 to 20, 2025, within the framework of the Project "Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector in Ukraine in partnership for excellence" VETpartEX , the Institute of Professional Qualifications conducted a survey among teachers of vocational education institutions on the importance of professional competences of teachers (European construction standards, "green" technologies in construction, occupational safety). The Institute of Professional Qualifications summarized the results of the survey, prepared a report and sent it to the organizers of the next teacher training at the University of Bratislava (Slovakia).

November 10, 2025 The training of pedagogical staff at the Münster School of vocational education
From 27 October to 4 November 2025, the pedagogical staff of the VET schools and Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies took part in a training program on didactics and methodology of vocational education held at the Münster School of Vocational Education (Germany).
The program was organized by Münster University of Applied Sciences within the framework of the international project VETpartEx – ‘Future-Oriented Vocational Education for Ukraine’s Construction Sector’, implemented under the Erasmus+ KA2 program.

October 22, 2025. General meeting of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project participants. We are completing preparations for the first training
On October 22, 2025, the last weekly general online meeting of all Project participants took place. The participants discussed the final agenda for the training of teachers of vocational education institutions at the Münster School of Vocational Education (Germany) in October - November 2025.

October 08, 2025. General meeting of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project participants. Preparations for the first training are underway
On October 08, 2025, the next weekly general online meeting of all Project participants took place. The participants continued to discuss the issues of preparation by vocational education institutions and USUST of training materials for the training of teachers of vocational education institutions at the Münster School of Vocational Education (Germany) in October - November 2025.

October 01, 2025. General meeting of the participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project
On October 1, 2025, another general online meeting of all participants of the Project was held. The issues of preparation by vocational education institutions of educational materials for the training of teachers of vocational education institutions at the TMünster School of Vocational Education (Germany) in October - November 2025 were discussed.

September 25, 2025. General meeting of the participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project
On September 25, 2025, another general online meeting of all participants of the Project was held. Current issues on all work packages, financial reports and tasks of each participant in the next quarter were discussed. Special attention was paid to the preparation for the training of teachers of vocational education institutions at the Münster School of Vocational Education (Germany).

July 10, 2025 The survey of vocational education institutions
From June 28 to July 5, 2025, the Institute of Vocational Qualifications conducted a survey of Project participants on the list of competences mastered by teachers - participants of mobilities in Münster (work package WP 4 Competence Building VET) and Bratislava (work package WP 5 Competence Building). The survey results were summarized by specialists of the Institute of Vocational Qualifications and sent to the organizers of mobilities.

June 27, 2025 Meeting of Ukrainian participants of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project
On June 27, at the initiative of the Institute of Vocational Qualifications, a meeting of Ukrainian Project participants was held. The urgent issues of preparation for mobility of teachers of educational institutions to the universities of Münster (Germany, 27.10.-08.11.2025) and Bratislava (Slovakia, February 2026) were discussed.

June 17, 2025 General meeting of ERASMUS VETpartEX project participants
On June 11, 2025, another general online meeting of all Project participants was held. Current issues on all work packages, financial reports and tasks of each participant in the next quarter were discussed.

June 15, 2025 The survey of ERASMUS VETpartEX project participants on the names of microqualifications
From June 6 to 10, 2025, the Institute of Professional Qualifications conducted a survey of Ukrainian Project participants on their vision of the names of microqualifications for the professions: 7122 Bricklayer; 7129 Building insulation system installer; 7132 Tiler; 7133 Plasterer; 7141 Painter, which will be developed by Project participants in the future. All participants provided their suggestions. Specialists of the Institute of Professional Qualifications summarized all suggestions and made their own.

May 29, 2025 The Center for Vocational Education and Innovation in Civil Engineering has been operating at the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (USUST), since May 2025, within the framework of the Joint European Erasmus+ project VETpartEx – “Future-Oriented Vocational Education and Training for the Construction Sector in Ukraine in a Partnership for Excellence.

May 22, 2025 Training seminar on the development of microqualifications
On May 22, 2025, the Institute of Professional Qualifications, within the framework of the The Bridge and VETpartEX projects, held a training seminar on the ways and features of developing microqualifications in the construction industry. During the seminar, teachers of higher, vocational and pre-higher education institutions were explained the features of developing modern professional standards in the construction industry and ways to take into account the requirements of these standards when developing educational programs and microqualifications.

The official bilingual ERASMUS VETpartEX project online resource, developed by the project partner Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, is now live

April 18, 2025 State registration of the ERASMUS VETpartEX project
On April 18, on the eve of the Easter holidays, the ERASMUS VETpartEX project passed state registration in Ukraine.

March 25, 2025 The survey on the importance of competences of teachers of vocational education
From March 17 to 25, 2025, within the framework of the Project "Future-oriented vocational education for the construction sector in Ukraine in partnership for excellence" VETpartEX / Erasmus-EDU-2024-CB-VET / ID 101183275, the Institute of Professional Qualifications conducted a survey among teachers of vocational education institutions on the importance of certain pedagogical competences.
The survey aimed to identify the most important knowledge and skills of teachers of vocational education institutions (as teachers). The list of competencies that were included in the survey corresponds to the Higher Education Standards of Ukraine for the specialty "015 Vocational Education" (bachelor, master).

410 teachers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions of Ukraine participated in the survey. The survey results will be published on the website of the Institute of Professional Qualifications.

Kick-Off Meeting of the ERASMUS VETpartEX Project Participants

On March 12-13, 2025, the first working meeting of the VETpartEX Project participants “Future-oriented Vocational Training for the Construction Sector in Ukraine in Partnership for Excellence” (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET 101183275 — VETpartEx) took place in Krakow, Poland.
According to the results of the kick-off meeting, all Project partners:
- received a clear understanding of the expectations from the Project;
- agreed on the work plan and organizational issues;
- discussed the work packages and expected results for each of them;
- European partners shared their experience in developing and implementing an effective educational reform focused on the requirements of the labor market;
- agreed with Ukrainian partners on the development paths of the Center of Excellence in Construction at the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology (Dnipro);
- developed and agreed on short-term plans for specific actions for the first half of 2025;
- discussed and agreed on tasks for participants to provide administrative and financial reporting to the Project Coordinator.
