Reducing shadow employment and improving the safe work of workers in the construction industry of Ukraine

The purpose of the analysis is a comprehensive study of the state of the labor market in the construction sector in order to understand the quantitative clarification of the scope and directions of the training of specialists, the content of their training.

Data on the quantitative and qualitative composition of economic entities related to the selected types of economic activity, data on the number of employees and their distribution by types of economic activity were used to analyze the labor market by selected types of economic activity.

An analysis of the age structure of workers was also carried out, and the amount of wages of workers by selected types of economic activity and regions was analyzed.
