Reforming regional VET networks in Ukraine

To promote decentralization in education, whether in the field of general or professional (vocational and technical) education, a whole set of measures is needed. Increasing the autonomy of educational institutions is key in this process. Autonomy enables educational institutions to make decisions in those areas where they best control the situation in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of education.
